Evaluation of Histopathological Diagnosis and Determination of Grades and Stages in Breast Cancer

Background: Breast cancer is the most frequent neoplasm in women. According to American Cancer Society 2019, an estimated 268,600 new cases of invasive breast was diagnosed among women USA. In Bangladesh, has rapidly become number one female pushing cervical second position.
 Objective: To evaluate histopathological diagnosis and determination grades stages cancer.
 Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive type study conducted Department Pathology, Rajshahi Medical College. Forty-five untreated were included this between period July 2019 June 2021 paraffin embedded sections obtained from representative mastectomy specimen. The stained with hematoxylin eosin stain followed by evaluation angiogenesis using CD34 antibody.
 Results: grade 51.1% belonged III 28.9% II 20% I. Histological stage showed (48.9 %) I (26.7 then (24.4 %). Upon statistical analysis, a significant relation MVD increasing histologic stages.
